With my own math I think they need more than 2500BTC, the team is doing well but I think they don't have the support of Big wigs in Crypto to recommend the project or Whales interest in the project so far. People like to be told what to do, though they will denied it. A good example is if Vitalik tweet about this new project on Ethereum all his followers will rush into Inchain, won't they?
