If not ICO, how will be the coins distributed? PoW?
And a more "anti" question: why a new coin, why didn't you just choose any altcoin and make a deal with its devs? I am sure that most would like to find a real use for their coin....
PS. You could make the title more honest, like [PRE-ANN] Round or something...
