Will make zcoin mining more stable

Will give more hype and exposure to zcoin.
4) More Tweets from traders buying back in
Quite a few alt traders on twitter are indicating that have bought back in.
5) More progress in getting zcoin added to Poloniex
So development is happening and it is still a great price to buy zcoin around 250k sats with these developments and roadmap.
