I am not able to get ahead of the login page. It is stuck on the login page.

So all our development & live systems went down unexpectedly today, working on it.
The pin code associated with the Heat account, is that the only security password for our wallets ? No additional security ?
No it's not the only security, it's the encryption key to your secret phrase wallet file which is stored on your device.
So to access your HEAT wallet, you need either of these:
1. Secret phrase (usually 10-12 words as suggested by the client when you create an account)
OR
2. Locally stored encrypted wallet file on your device (created automatically) and PIN code.
