I do not understand this type of classification. Just in the campaign not accept posts in local forums. I write 99% in the forum of my native language, so I am considered spammers and are placed on a blacklist ?? I did not understand.

I did not understand.People who post primarily in native languages can be excluded from campaigns can be excluded from signature campaigns, because that might not be considered the target audience.
The problem only comes when they are labeled spammers... People may have problems with the terminology.
