David has informed me he has completed his responses as of now.  I thank David for finding the time to do so. His detailed explanations of the circumstances leading to the continued delays, I hope, is found satisfying to the community. Of course and likewise, I hope his attention is found as reassuring and does reestablish any confidence lost.
