This isn't how it works. It's up to YOU to prove that a provably fair casino can cheat. A proper provably fair casino (that lets users give their own inputs) cannot because the user is able to directly influence the results.

Casinos can't generate secrets that are more likely to get the player to lose, because the player's input is ~dozens of characters long and it's simply impossible to brute force through that search space and see if this secret will on average give better results.
