Yes that's the way to do it.  There will be a LOT of media attention before, during, and after the votes in the five states and hopefully the POT devs will put out some press releases or something to further capitalize on it.

But this major move came at just about the perfect time and many more people will become aware of this story and this play over the weekend...which means more buying pressure.  And POT is thinly traded, so even a small amount of new buyers causes it to spike hard.

Dont forget it was 5x higher just a few weeks ago so even if it regained even half that ground, would be about a three bagger from here.
