every one who has the bitcoin in their wallet is the owner of these coins other wise there is not a sing owner of bitcon and not a single country is owning it.
I meant bitcoin in general not bitcoin that some individual possess.I use Gmail and my gmail account is mine but the entire gmail.com is owned by Google in same sense who owns all bitcoin?
