Me i stop many times but i can't stop myself when i saw some people are betting then winning any amount .that keeps me coming back but i do control my funds and not continue playing when i lose on first enter .if i won i go to second bet if not stop for the mean while.

its really getting harder and harder every time we push our self to stop even in our minds we are still thinking that we have a good assessment with the game and when that particular prediction/strategy works we keep on wanting to play back and try it and another start for us to play again and again.

If you are addicted on gambling for sure you would really have a hard time to quit because its hard to remove from our minds on aiming profits and thats the thing that you would able to came back even more on playing gambling. Stopping for a while would be only temporary.

I do agree that if you're already addicted then difficult but it is not impossible to come out of gambling. People should decide first then they can find many good ways to come out of it like spend more time in outdoor activities and spend more time with family members and stop totally playing online games for some time the surely one can come out of it after some time.

So the best way to stay away from gambling is do not ever touch a gamble. Gambling is causes addicted and everything we do if we are get addicted it will be so hard for us to stop. We always have a chance to stop but it still not an easy thing to do. Just like smoking, if you are a smoker and addicted you will get it hard to stop.

I think its not a good way to stay away. .For me if i want to stay away in gambling i need to find a good habit or hobby that can also addicted without any gambling or money involve like playing dota2 as alternative for addiction.. this is i think the best solution if you want a sports like basket make it hobby it can help you to stay away from any gambling activity..
