who escrowed the funds?The funds are in a multisig wallet. 7 keyholders: 2 from dev team, 2 members of council coming from swarm, 3 external with high reputation in cryptoworld, https://twitter.com/paullinator/status/793671814245339136 and https://twitter.com/BrenntL/status/793201757748854784. No transfer of money goes out of that address unless 5 out of 7 sign for it.
