Thank you I will add those too. Does using connect instead of addnode make any difference ?
I think something funny is going on with my pc. A few other wallets are doing the same thing. Refusing connections. Why all of a sudden ? I guess I should check my security settings.
-connect gives higher priority to the IPs specified and will only try connecting to them. -addnode adds the IPs to the list of peers (of which there could already be hundreds or thousands)
Generally you'd only use -connect if there's an issue and you want to force a connect to a certain set of IPs.
If you're getting connection refused messages then it's possibly something like a firewall. Check both your PC and your router. Fix that problem and your HYP one will probably go away.
