The lower the better, the higher potential it has, look stratis ico price is 1129 sat, they are 7k sat now, easy profit, I hope ark ico price will be only 2k sat, so we will go to the moon easier than 20k sat.
lower also means less development funds to work with. We're not like most teams with just 2 or 4 people on the team. we have 30 with large goals. It also possible to go from 20k to 200k just as easily.
