Is it true that you have more than 10 registered accounts? If it is true, do you use all those account for betting? If not, then I think it does not a serious problem for the site.
To be honest I have no idea why someone should make many accounts while there is no significant advantages.
@OP : could you specify what kind of cheating that M0w did?
