One of the Lisk escrows will be malreynolds, who were one of the largest Lisk holders and well known community member.
We right now triple checking that the multisign feature of Lisk is working fine (its enabled in API but not on UI) and if it is the escrow account will have another signer, probably the ARK head of finance, Lars.
