If you want a good investment option, then Bitcoins are much better than Paypal. But if you're looking to buy something online from some unknown person then I recommend to use Paypal because they protect you from any scams. If you use Bitcoins to buy from an unknown person, then they may scam you and may not return your money as well. So both of them got advantages and disadvantages, and I use both for different purposes.
