In short, we will likely have more playing times when you are rich because you have plenty of excess money to mess around in order to be entertain and just having fun versus people that have limited resources in terms of finances. This only means that gambling, as a general rule, must only be perform for entertainment only and not for profit if you don't know what you are doing.
While I agree that gambling is a good form of entertainment and fun but you should never gamble even if you are rich or poor because it brings addiction. While you are rich too rich to forget such losses in addiction but a time will come when you will be rising too much because gambling gives you a addiction that enables chasing losses.
