Is there a road map or at least a list of things we need to take care of (if so can it go on the OP)?

Can we clean up the OP with updated info on pools,blockchain explorer, miners, exchanges, ect..?

Can we get a working block explorer?

Can anyone else think of other things that could need to be done?
