Chasing loses is not a really good idea when you are lose big then much better if you are not going to play and pushed to hard to just earn too much and win the profit again although yes it is easy to win but it easy to lose either if you are going to check don't idolize those veteran gambling that can really earn good profit.
But if you will not chase your losses you will simply loose more and more, I mean if you will not chase your losses then actually you have no motive and gambling without a motive would lead you nowhere.
If you have goal like I will dig up 0.1 from my loss and then stop, maybe that can help and also will make you less addictive, I think this way you can quit gambling too soon if you achieve your aims.

I agree, that chasing some goals are better than trying to recover complete loss because that's not possible at once and if you gamble with higher amounts just to get it back in one go, then chances are you may even lose that and that would be a double loss just to recover your single loss.
I think having goals in gambling is also one way to become addicted in gambling, if you just play gambling without any aiming that you will gonna win, I think this will not make you addicted in gambling because for me one you wanted to win in gambling without any assurance that you will gonna win I think this is also one way to become addicted to it.
You cannot be addicted if you treat business like a business, it's okay to have goals as at least you have something that will inspire you but make sure your method is very relevant and always follow it based on the right way to do it.

the problem is many people is not realize about this, they just keep playing gambling in all day and don't think that this can make their going to loss their money for quickly and they never learn from it. there is only few people that realize if they should not be addicted in gambling business so they still keep the money for another thing.
