I have been given red ratings by three of his alts in total (so far), which as we all know, is equivalent to a green rating from anybody else. Woohoooo, I feel like I have finally arrived

You will discover a "rinse and repeat" scenario with these types. Most are the same scum making/buying/hacking accounts over and over.
