Most likely you have input the wrong URL, forgotten to add a port
not set up workers

You have to use:

-o stratum+tcp://95.183.12.244:3564 -u YourWorkerName -p YourWorkerPassword

or

-o stratum+tcp://95.183.12.244:3565 -u YourWorkerName -p YourWorkerPassword
for NiceHash

The help page says Weblogin.WorkerName,

I tried both Weblogin.WorkerName and WorkerName, none works...

Did you put -p YourPassword after sam.worker1?

yes I did, I used sgminer on windows, and this is the full command I typed:

> sgminer -k x11 -o stratum+tcp://95.183.12.244:3564 -u sam.worker1 -p pass

really weird...
