Coinsbank, you should really respond to the concerns by MadGamer. It is serious and make me not want to use your service. Address MadGamer's concern here rather than promoting your "exclusive" party.
I was going to use this service but it seems they doesn't care about costumers problems. I also have a problem with SMS to my phone.
We are sorry that it looks like we are not responding, but we connected with MadGamer through private messages as this problem contains questions connected with private information.
