Hi Satoshidice moderators.  This my new account cause my other one (nummusVVV) was hacked.  I emailed support@satoshidice many times over the past week because after my satoshidice account was compromised because of the phishing by Satmas.  I wanted to immediately go on satoshidice and change my account password but because the site was down, there was no way for me to go on the site and change my password.  i had deposited 0.055 btc before the site went down.  I checked a few hours later once the site came back up, the funds were extracted (with the guy placing one bet of 0.001 btc).  I'm sure that if you check the IP address of the log in, it's different from mine.  Please assist, because no one from support is emailing me back.
Sorry to heat that, I don't think I've ever seen a hacked accounts funds returned, usually its down to negligence on the users side for not having a secure password or being a victim of a phishing attack, most common problem is using the same username and password on a faucet or scam site as SD. Good luck. Best thing to do is to make sure you have a very secure password and only use it once per site. I generate a 12-20 digit strong password for each site and store them all in a password safe, never had a problem so far.
Well,  I would agree that if it were complete negligence, then it's my own fault.  But the fact that I noticed it right afterwards, and WANTED to change my password on the site, but was unable to because the site was down, and further, I emailed support letting them know and how to preemptively prevent the funds being withdrawn.  If support actually responded to emails by even merely acknowledging the fact of, rather than ignore them then I'm sure this was a preventable issue.
