In my mind, signature campaign is an easy way to get started and earn some coins, but most campaigns are only open to high ranked users. some campaigns however, do accept newbies, like me. and i have noticed that most of those campaigns are about a new altcoin, and pays in that certain type of altcoin, which requires me to get a wallet of theirs. Any thoughts on whether its a good idea to participate in those campaigns or potential riskes?
Most of your statement are true about in the signature campaign, actually in my experience I only join in the ico potential in the campaign who give pay in bitcoin
BTC but if there are going to pay the participants and requires them to get a wallet from theirs I am doubtful not to join in that campaign.
In the contrary one of my friend who participated in an ICO signature campaign that pays in their own coin have received much more than those who paid in BTC. For example, Pesobit signature campaign pay their coin to the ICO participant. For the rank member (basically member participant are paid around 0.01 BTC per week) for 4 weeks of campaign, they got 5664 PSB if converted at the current price of 0.00002 will total 0.1 + BTC which is more than those who paid BTC at their rank. My friend sold his PSB at 9996 satoshi so that is around 0.566 BTC. See the difference between the potential of earnings. 0.04BTC total for for week in BTC while 5664 PSB which is converted to 0.566 BTC in the same rank and timeframe of work. Altcoin just give you potential of earning more or earning less, either way it is a risk which can be handsomely rewarded if the one you participated is a promisng one.
