but i think it will rise bitcoin in the future

yeah I think it is true that the news that there are many users who use bitcoin for illegal activities, even gambling also is illegal, because the bitcoin system are anonymous, this makes the user more comfortable using bitcoin for illegal activities

The legality of gambling depends from country to country so its impossible to generalize, in the subject of drugs the laws of the countries a re a lot closer to each other so you could draw some generalized arguments but even that is changing.

correct, its really depends on which country though and we must not generalize all laws on all countries because they really do differ in many ways. In speaking of drugs its very illegal and i didnt heared any country which legalize drugs , Its just an insane thing to do or implement/ consider. Bitcoin could always available to use on illegal activities because of its anonymity characteristics.
