I didn't mean to say that you have to wait one and a half days. The coins are mature for POS after 8 or less hours (i think).
But to get some meaningful amount as reward you better leave them alone for some days.
You don't lose something after all... If you get 10k reward after 1 day you will get, say, 70k if you don't open the wallet for 1 week.

Yes, all the POS coins are like this. You don't have to leave your wallet open.
The staking weight and the staking amount continues to increase even off line.
The staking weight will help to hit a POS block sooner when you open the wallet, and the staking amount will be the same as if you leave it permanently open to stake 3 times a day.

I never kow that the staking amount is also increased when offline, thanks.
My ESP2 wallet has been offline for almost 2 months now, will try to run it now
