How is it possible to put icn in a cold wallet? Making a paper copy of myetherwallet?
My "cold wallet" is not on paper, it is on a completely isolated computer not attached to the Internet. I have made multiple copies of the passcode and key file but I never attach the backup USB thumb drive containing the private key file to any computer on the Internet.
Anyone can claim that. But can you proof it? Any digital signature that proves that holding?
That's an interesting question. I did a bit of searching on Google and I can't find anything that would let me encode something using my ETH private key file address for this account number to show I am actually in control of this account number. Anybody have any ideas on how to do that? I am running myetherwallet on my air-gapped computer where the key file is....
