Quite a rating for a site making excuses to take user balances when they see fit based on rules in fine print. There's no way the site could get 9.2 out of 10 based on what we've seen... Crazy max bet limitations on bonus funds which aren't enforced by software though allows the site to seize the funds.
Based on what "we've" seen? You mean a player not understanding terms and conditions that are the same as many, many other casinos? Give me a break. I've played on BitStarz for over a year now with no problems ever. Follow the rules and you won't have any problems. Better yet, don't accept the bonuses. It's easy to click the little "forfeit" button. In fact, most bonuses have to be accepted. They aren't automatic in most cases.

Every single site you ever go to on the internet has terms and conditions. It's your responsibility to read and understand them. If you fail to do so, you lose the right to bitch about shit when it doesn't go your way.
Regardless, BitStarz already said they are working on a solution to restrict those bets from even being possible when using bonus funds, so they are actively addressing the issue people are complaining about.
