My website can be used offline. It is only front end.
Maybe I should put the code on github. I am not sure yet if this would be a good idea. I have to think about this a little bit.
Sorry to say, it doesn't matter if it can be used offline or not. Your site COULD be coded to generate insecure or predictable keys which would easily allow the balance to be stolen. Without the source code, it is impossible to verify this and people would be better off using the source code to build and run it themselves.
I think xapo, is one of safest wallet of bitcoin, because that have many security ways to login.

Please don't. Online wallets have been proven AGAIN AND AGAIN to be insecure in many aspects, even blockchain.info. If it is online, there is always a single point of failure, whether through the employee stealing the funds directly or changing the code to steal funds.
