If someone wants to disassembly his code under windows, nobody can stop him

The developer Claymore is concerned about disassembling his software.
It is OK to pay a small fee but several routines used in ZCash miner, the developer already made them for other miners (ETH miner) and he reused it (I would do the same) so it is questionable why the developer uses a DefFee of 2.5% in ZEC while he uses a DefFee of 1% in ETH.
He indirect incentive miners to have a look at his software miner, disassembling it (eg. reverse engineering with IDA). And it is a matter of time: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, depends the free time of the who is re-creating the program.
