TL:DR
The Nxt Foundation will hold all funds in 5 person escrow arrangement, with BTC being held on a 5 person multi-sig BitGo wallet and NXT on a phased Nxt account, also under 5 person control.
Funds will be released at the end of escrow period, under set conditions. This way, none of the Janus team have any access to the funds until after the ICO has been successfully completed.

We've had this question in some other forums, we will
not be a DAO as the industries Janus will be involved with are traditional and in no way accepting of anonymous organizations. Much of the interactions we will have in business will absolutely require face to face time, and end in a handshake or other cultural affirmation closure. Public company, public people, hopefully this clears up potential confusion.
