Has ANYONE had any luck speaking with satoshidice support at all? I've been trying for over a week and have heard nothing back at all. I PM'ed Randian Hero as well as emailed
support@satoshidice.com and have never heard back from them.
SD are usually pretty good with support matters in comparison to other bitcoin based services, they usually post on here pretty promptly. Maybe its due to the incident being to do with Phishing, I suspect that they wont pay out in these situations. I didn't see anybody get a return from a crypto service provider after being scammed before.
