hi um why does withdrawal take so long

im withdrawing 0.03 btc it takes forever ....

Any updates on this? Both player and owner do not update this issue, looks not so good imo. Tell us whether you have received your 0.03 or not! This is an important thing to be known by the community

So why did need to wait so long time while it was only 0.03btc? Is that a big amount for your site to process? Wondering how long for bigger amount like 1-5btc.
