A new ico again,as i know about that every day a new ico is coming. that's so hurt in my mind and for all. 
because everyone tries to grab some easy money... I am wondering for all these ICOs, is there a watch of how the funding is used? or the scammers just took the money and disappeared??
Agreed. There are too many scams, and fraudulent B.S. that is going on in the crypto world.
We are a registered Limited Liability Company operating out of Colorado. If you check the project proposal, it has my REAL name, and reputation, on the line.
The fact is that there have been several scams even with registered companies.

Pretty sad to say (goes to show how pop culture illiterate we are), but no one with the eCoin Project watches Mr. Robot. We didn't find out about the name similarity until after announcing on reddit earlier today.

I wonder why you haven't searched the name on Google before jumping into the void. I guess that's the first step while creating a name for a project or a company.
