I got 1 of these. Its actually the fastest ZEC GPU I have. Faster than the 280x. It has Hynix MFR memory. No idea how it differs from the 7950 reference but its technically a 8950.
You should EASILY get 85 Sol/s with that GPU. Its actually the only 7950, that runs stable at 1100/1575.

took this rom and flashed mine. i have r9 280 asus... after flash , nothing happen.. still remain same. 60 sol..
please help how u get 85 sol/s
