Does poker really needs analysis because I am not a player of poker but from what I mean it requires skill and luck ( since cards are distributed ) .... anyways I think games like betting on football or cricket needs much more planning then dice and roulette.

yes, if you have a good analytical skills you can have a good judgement. If you've seen what cards are already open, you can calculate the possibility who has are keeping the higher ones. Still, you can only subtract the odds and it is still probability.
