Hi BTC community!

Does anyone know of a BTC website/forum (other than this) which focuses on discussing entrepreneurial ideas related to BTC? Moreover, if one would have an idea and needs resources in terms of technical know-how is there a site that conveys such resources?

I am in need of somebody with programming skills for BTC projects in the Scandinavian region.
