Those are real developers and technology experts, not PR people.
Its rare in crypto, when somebody really works, instead of hyping their project on every corner, especially on BCT.
Sure it would be good to have some promotion, and be a bit more active during the ICO, but I guess they do not depend much on the ICO money now, hence are not doing hard promotion here.
