Nonetheless, the idea seems to be interesting, but that ICO hurts it. Furthermore, I actually don't understand how an advertisement currency can be useful either. The point of a publisher is to earn cash, not a currency just made to purchase advertisement as an advertiser. If it's a 2-way currency, it's simply just an altcoin just like any other.
What other advantage does this offer over Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency?
Publisher must buy the right to publish the advertisement from the advertiser.
Which means, publisher buy the right from the advertiser and after that publisher
receive advertisement fee from the advertiser.
This is a cycle that advertiser can gain revenue from selling rights to the publishers
and paying advertisement fee after.
