Its just speculation, but in a controlled way (that is why the ICN its just on Kraken ... a big whale is pumping now the price, silly people will jump in to buy high (because of course ICN to the moon), then the whales will just buy back cheap in a few weeks. That would be harder to do on Polo as there are way more investors so you cannot really control things.
