yes that is a fact that quitting gambling is not so easy, it need your full determination your well power and your family and friends support and only then you can really stop gambling, but the most important thing in quitting gambling is your own well.
I think the difficulty on quitting gambling depends on how attached or addicted the person to the gambling game. If I have to quit gambling, I can say, since i don't have strong attachment to gambling, I can quit it promptly. But those who were addicted or were so attached because of thinking that they can chase their losses will have a very difficult time to quit gambling.
