Polo never gave a definite answer about ICN.
Kraken lawyers didn't have any issues with adding ICN.
Polo can add ICN anytime they want, and they will add it when you least expect it... as usual.
This one doesn't get the sarcasm
I get it... but I just wanted to make it clear that Poloniex has yet to make an official announcement about ICN.
We're all hoping they're talking to Devs to make it happen any day now.
