Anyone CAN buy ... but the big players having the money on Polo will not just come to you.
If I have something to sell now, I can stay in front of my building, ANYONE can come to buy it from me ... but in reality if I want to really make a business I will have to make it somehow and have a deal with a supermarket to sell there my thing. Do you get the difference ? Or are you going to troll away ?
