how do you do "proof of identity"? a pure advertisement word, or otherwise do you care to publish the algorithm?
The special algorithm is just require a unique phone number and send 1000 JCS if the user can verify its theirs. This is the only way JCS are created after the initial 8.7 trillion
So if I understand this, people have to submit their phone number (through the wallet??) to you and you may send a verification number or string, if the user enters this verification number or string through his wallet then they will receive 1000 coins?
Possibly that's what they plan to do, but just think what small percentage people on earth will claim their coins. With that huge amount of premine (>99%) this coin becomes useless.
