ETC = $100. That is a dream, the marketcap will be close to $10 Billion. They don't have the money to develop the platform, no commited developer, unless ETH foundation decided to give them the ETC in their covers, also the coming of Rostock it going to shift attention away from both Ethereum chain
That will happen when the bitcoin market cap is over 100 billion. So it could happen in 3 to 5 years.
