@suchmoon Your creditability is lacking again... There is a ION FAQ and other documents available that describes the total Ionomy Vision... nothing compared to your unbiased crap of a document that's incomplete and cries that the team did not answer when they have... lol

I don't think "creditability" means what you think it means.
I'm linking to some of the zendesk articles. However it doesn't answer most of the questions asked in this thread. Most articles were created AFTER I created my FAQ (May 21). Thank you for calling it "unbiased", it means a lot to me.
