If in the US dont look at the rate you are actually paying for electricity check the ENTIRE bill with fees
yeah we choose our energy supplier one or twice a year and go with whoever is lowest. this time our supplier is in texas and we are in massachusetts. the delivery cost per kw is more than the supply cost per kw.
go figure..

Same here, but i dont complain, alltogether its still close to 10 cents and i rather have it delivered into my wall socket than goin few hundred kms to power station to get it with a bucket.
And dont forget, some of the charges remain no matter if u consume or not at all, so actual kWh is less than average of ur total bill. And theres cost of heating that u need less.
This 0.22, u better check ur calculator, i think its broken
