You are asking nonsense. To be able to redeem a credit code you need to have an AWS account, so obviously the account needs to exist.
Thanks, I thought AWS hackathon encompassed several different series. For example, Angelhack is one example of an AWS hackathon event. Maybe I'm wrong about that.
