Be sure to 25251 port is open in firewall, and it don't use it some other wallet you have open simultaneously.

No, I mean 25251. I think i got it wrong though... The port don't have to be open in firewall, because it used for the local communication between the external local miner and the wallet.

To be honest, i only think of rpcport for solo mining (because i don't put too much restrictions in the firewall). Just to make the correct .bat file like...
