12 Solutions per second. A single AMD 390X does 150S/s. With 1000S/s you can expect ~0.01 Zec every 1h to 1h30 so with 12 you'd do...something like 0.0001 ZEC/hour. Not worth it unless, again, you have free juice.
Yes their might be some other coins you can mine, don't know which ones though.
